Jeanny, I wanted to let you know that the shore excursions organized by your company were excellent and very well executed. The guides were very well informed of schedule, and what ship tours were doing ( in some cases we reversed visitation so as to not conflict with them and not be crowded) – the guide in Miyazaki was outstanding! Eri made the tour so interesting, gave gifts, we played Bingo in Japanese ( actually learned to count and still remember!).
The organization, efficiency and attention to detail was amazing!
