Hi Alex,

I write this email to say that we’ve enjoyed a great shore excursion in Bangkok. During the time leaving to arriving Laem Chabang port, we were welcomed warmly by Mr. M, the lovely name we called our guide who did an excellent job. We don’t have any complaint about the tour.

The itinerary and timing are both perfect. We enjoyed our vehicle which is very tidy and comfortable. Thai dishes are also delicious. We heard your agency through CruiseCritic and there is no regret for our choice.
