Secure Payment Options for Our Customers

Shore Excursions Asia is glad to offer a more comfortable and convenient way to pay: online credit and debit card payment, accepted from cards carrying the Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB logos.

This is made possible through our agreement with OnePAY, the first service of its kind in Vietnam, comparable to PayPal. OnePAY is safe and secure, operating on the same systems used by leading world banks including ANZ, ICICI, and HSBC. All information is encoded following the Card Industry Data Security Standard through SSL/168-bit connections, and MasterCard has chosen OnePAY as the official e-payment service provider for businesses operating in Vietnam.

OnePAY receives your credit or debit card information directly; it remains secure even from Shore Excursions Asia staff. The invoice, created jointly by Shore Excursions Asia and OnePAY, is sent to you by email, followed by a confirmation email once payment is complete.

Note You will have ten days to complete payment from the time you receive the invoice email. If payment is not completed within that period, the link and invoice will be cancelled and a new one issued.

Making a Payment

To pay your invoice, you only need to provide the required card and personal information, no registration as a OnePAY consumer or user is necessary. Depending on your location and card issuer, you may also need to enter a password to complete the transaction: Verified by Visa for Visa cards, and MasterCard SecureCode for MasterCard. Contact your card issuer if you need this password.

Careful While submitting payment, avoid clicking the "Pay" button twice, or using your browser's "refresh" or "back" buttons. If you don't receive a transaction result message, contact Shore Excursions Asia to confirm whether payment was accepted, or wait for a confirmation email before submitting again.

Refunds, in the case of trip cancellation or duplicate payment, take up to forty-five days to process. We work directly with you and OnePAY to ensure your card receives the correct refund.

Per our service policy, a 2% service charge applies to your entire invoice when paying by credit card.

01 You receive an invoice link from your travel consultant, sent from onepay.vn/invoice/login.op with all your booking information.

02 You fill out the form with your card details and click to submit.

03 The OnePAY system automatically confirms the transaction, and your sales consultant sends you payment confirmation.
