Secure Payment Options for Our Customers

Asia Shore Excursions is very satisfied to conclude that our services are more comfortable and convenient for customers because we provide online credit/debit card payment service for clients. We receive payments from cards executed by or carrying the logos of Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB.

We are capable of supplying online payment service because of our agreement with OnePAY, a first of its kind service in Vietnam (similar to PayPal). OnePAY is safe and secure and it uses the same system of operation by leading world banks ANZ, ICICI, and HSBC, for example. All information is encoded following the Card Industry

Data Security Standard through SSL/168 bit connections. MasterCard has chosen OnePay to be the official e-payment service provider for businesses operated in Vietnam.

OnePAY will received directly your credit/debit card information and it is secure even the staff of Asia Shore Excursions. The invoice made by Asia Shore Excursions and OnePay will will be sent to you through e-mail. As completing, an e-mail confirmation and e-mail notifying of your payments will be sent to you. Importantly, please notice that you will have ten days to make the payments from the time you receive the e-mail or else we will cancel the links and the invoice and issue a new invoice.

In order to pay your invoice, you only provide the required card and personal information without registering as a consumer/user of OnePAY. Moreover, to carry out online transactions, you may need to enter a password relying on your location and the issuer of your card. You can contact the card issuer get the password. You will need a password that works with Verified by Visa for Visa cards, and with MasterCard Secure Code for MasterCard.

For all on-line transactions, while submitting a payment, you should avoid hitting the ‘pay’ button twice or clicking the ‘refresh’ or ‘back’ button on your browser. If you do not receive a transaction result message after submitting your payment, contact Asia Shore Excursions to see whether they have accepted the payment, or wait to a confirmation e-mail before trying to submit the payment again.

Consider that the refunds will take up to forty-five days to process in case of trip cancellation or duplicate payments. We will work with you and OnePay to secure that your card is received the proper refunds.

According to our service policy, if you pay by credit card, Asia Shore Excursions will count 2% service charge to your entire invoice.
