We totally understand that travel plans can shift. If you need to cancel your Spectrum of the Seas shore excursion, we’ll do our best to make the process smooth. Once we receive your cancellation request in writing, we’ll issue a refund (minus any applicable cancellation fees) within 14 days.

Here’s how the cancellation fee works:

• More than 40 days before departure: 10% of your deposit is non-refundable but can be saved as credit for your next trip. The rest will be refunded, minus any bank charges on your end
• From 40 to 30 days before departure: 35% of your deposit will be charged
• From 29 to 15 days: 50% of your deposit will be charged
• From 14 to 10 days: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged
• Less than 10 days or no show: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged

Please note that once the tour has started, we can’t offer refunds for unused services due to early departures, late arrivals, or missed activities.

No worries at all. We keep a close eye on Spectrum of the Seas’ live docking updates and adjust your tour timing if needed. Our itineraries are built with extra time in mind, so even if your arrival shifts a bit, your tour will still run smoothly and you’ll get back to the ship without a rush.

If Spectrum of the Seas isn’t able to dock or tender passengers due to weather or other unexpected events, we’ll refund any entrance fees and lunch costs (if included). For services like guides and vehicles, we’ll work closely with our local partners to reduce any cancellation fees as much as possible, since arrangements were already in place to welcome you. We’ll keep you updated with full details and let you know the exact refund amount as soon as we can.
