You'll join a small and friendly group that offers just the right amount of connection without ever feeling overwhelming. Many of our guests come as strangers and leave with new cruise companions.

Our Norwegian Sun cruise excursions are designed with a relaxed and flexible pace, perfect for travelers who want to enjoy each moment without feeling rushed. You’ll have plenty of time to admire the scenery, take photos, ask questions, and simply enjoy the experience. We keep walking to a minimum and avoid packed schedules so you can stay comfortable and fully engaged throughout the day.

Some tours are more suitable for gentle walking or stroller access, and Fiona is always happy to help you choose the most comfortable and enjoyable option based on what works best for you.

Depends. We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your Norwegian Sun shore excursions; however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. In the event of cancellation we will refund any payment made to Shore Excursions Asia (less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request.

The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

• More than 40 days prior to trip departure: 10% of the deposit paid is non-refundable. This will be saved for your next trip with us. The rest of the deposit paid will be refunded (bank fee levied by your end)
• 40 - 30 days prior to trip departure: 35% charged of the deposit paid
• 29 - 15 days: 50% charged of the deposit paid
• 14 - 10 day: 75% charged of total amount
• Less than 10 days or No show: 100% charged of total amount

After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

No need to worry. We take care of everything. Our team keeps a close eye on the Norwegian Sun’s real-time docking updates and adjusts your tour schedule if needed. We always include a time buffer to ensure that even with slight delays, your experience remains smooth and worry-free. You’ll return to the ship comfortably and on time, without any stress.

If the Norwegian Sun cannot dock at the scheduled port or if tender operations are suspended, we will refund any entrance fees and lunch costs (if applicable).

Regarding guide and vehicle arrangements, we will make every effort to work with our service providers to reduce any cancellation fees, as these services were already dispatched to meet your ship. We will keep you informed with specific details and provide the refund as soon as possible.
