- More than 40 days before departure: 10% of the deposit is non-refundable (credit toward a future trip). The remaining deposit will be refunded (bank fees apply).
- 40-30 days: 35% of the deposit is non-refundable.
- 29-15 days: 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.
- 14-10 days: 75% of the total tour price is non-refundable.
- Less than 10 days or no-show: 100% of the total tour price is non-refundable.
Once the trip has started, no refunds will be issued for unused services due to personal choice, early departure, late arrival, or missed activities.
