Explore our shore excursions, transportation, and destination guides. Found a tour you like? Fill in the Inquiry This Tour form at the end of the tour description, or reach us through Contact Us, and submit. Each inquiry receives a personal response, usually within 12 hours.

Review & Customize

Want to adjust the itinerary? Note your changes under Additional Requirements in the inquiry form and submit again. Prefer a fully tailor-made trip? Use our Tailor-Made Shore Itinerary Tour Form . It is your holiday, so everything is built around what you want.

Confirm & Pay

Happy with the plan? We confirm every tour service within a few working hours, then request a deposit. Once received, we send your service voucher, remaining balance details, and ground contact information, leaving you free to pack for the trip.

What the Deposit Covers

Once your trip is finalized, we request a deposit of 70% of the total tour cost, varying slightly with trip length and the number of domestic flights involved. Three payment methods are available. See our Payment Guide for details.

Amendments

Booking Amendment

Contact your salesperson to amend a booking even after it has been made. Flexibility is one of our priorities. Please note that you will be responsible for any change in the final price caused by your amendment request.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refunds

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip. However, we understand that there are many valid reasons why cancellation may become necessary. The applicable cancellation fee is calculated as follows.

Timing Before Departure

Fee

More than 40 days prior. Ten percent of the deposit paid is non-refundable and saved for your next trip with us. The remaining deposit is refunded, subject to any bank fee charged at your end.

Less than 10 days, or no-show

Note After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services resulting from personal choice, early departure, late arrival, or missed tour days.
