Follow your knowledgeable guide to Vy’s Market Restaurant to start your cooking lesson. Firstly, visit Hoi An’s vibrant market by boat. Your professional teaching staff will explain the fundamentals of Vietnamese cuisine, such as the use of different noodles and spices in recipes, and help you select fresh fish, spices, and herbs. Savor exotic tropical fruits before heading to your boat and back to the restaurant where you will be guided through over ten cooking stations.

Hoi An cooking classTry your hands at cutting noodles, making rice paper or using the bun noodle machine, and sample your humble creations afterward.
