Setting off from Hong Kong port, you’ll be taken by your private guide and driver to Hong Kong Tramways where you can take a traditional tram ride, one of the earliest public transportation modes in the metropolis. Head west and start your walking tour in Sheung Wan, a vibrant urban district of Hong Kong that still maintains their strong ties to the old customs.
Roam down the Bonham Road. Expect to find a sprawling display of street food and memorabilia as you stroll around Cat Street. Try out your bargaining skills at multiple galleries and antique shops.
Continue to Hollywood Road for a taste of local Chinese culture that is reflected in furniture, historical keepsakes, ceramic wares and even funeral items on display. Marvel at the impressive statues of Chinese deities in the Man Mo temple.
Visit Mid-Level Escalators, the world’s longest outdoor covered escalator. Sample exotic tropical fruits like durians and rambutans in one of the oldest fresh markets in Hong Kong.
