Port Pickup & Warm Welcome
Be picked up by our driver and tour guide at the meeting point, start your Halong Bay shore excursion with a 1.5-hour ride to Yen Duc Village. Upon arrival, admire the sweeping view of green fields and small lanes while enjoying the serenity of Vietnamese rural life.
Cultural Immersion in the Village
Visit a vegetable garden and a traditional Vietnamese family house. Interact with friendly villagers and drop by a local kindergarten to spend some fun time with the lovely kids. Afterward, cross the fields to enjoy the breathtaking scenery of Canh Huong Pagoda. Treat yourself to an exhilarating water puppet show by village artists in the field.
Local Life & Hands-On Experience
For a more authentic experience, mingle with locals and join in their daily activities, such as fishing or gardening (seasonal services). You can also participate in traditional countryside practices like making a broom from dried grass or grinding rice using old-style stone mills, offering a hands-on glimpse into the local lifestyle.
Village Lunch & Return to Port
End your trip with a typical local lunch in the village house. Head back to the port in good time for your cruise departure.
