Absolutely. Our Norwegian Spirit shared excursions are open to solo travelers, couples, and families. Many solo guests enjoy the welcoming group atmosphere and often leave with new cruise companions.

Our tours involve light to moderate walking at a relaxed pace. There are plenty of pauses along the way for meals, photo stops, and cultural highlights. It’s designed to be comfortable and enjoyable rather than physically demanding.

Yes. Each Norwegian Spirit cruise excursion is thoughtfully crafted with beautiful photo spots in mind, from temple gates and garden paths to colorful markets and scenic viewpoints.

Depends. We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your Norwegian Spirit shore excursions; however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. In the event of cancellation we will refund any payment made to Shore Excursions Asia (less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request.

The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

• More than 40 days prior to trip departure: 10% of the deposit paid is non-refundable. This will be saved for your next trip with us. The rest of the deposit paid will be refunded (bank fee levied by your end)
• 40 - 30 days prior to trip departure: 35% charged of the deposit paid
• 29 - 15 days: 50% charged of the deposit paid
• 14 - 10 day: 75% charged of total amount
• Less than 10 days or No show: 100% charged of total amount

After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

No need to worry. We take care of everything. Our team keeps a close eye on the Norwegian Spirit’s real-time docking updates and adjusts your tour schedule if needed. We always include a time buffer to ensure that even with slight delays, your experience remains smooth and worry-free. You’ll return to the ship comfortably and on time, without any stress.

If the Norwegian Spirit cannot dock at the scheduled port or if tender operations are suspended, we will refund any entrance fees and lunch costs (if applicable).

Regarding guide and vehicle arrangements, we will make every effort to work with our service providers to reduce any cancellation fees, as these services were already dispatched to meet your ship. We will keep you informed with specific details and provide the refund as soon as possible.
