Somaro Tea House - Traditional Maiko Performance
Experience one of Sakata’s most treasured cultural traditions with a visit to the beautifully restored Somaro Tea House. Here, you’ll witness an authentic Maiko dance performance, celebrated for its grace, rich costumes, and classical refinement passed down through generations.

The Maiko performance requires advance reservation and may be unavailable due to limited seats. In such cases, alternative visits to the Somaro building and the Sankyo-Soko Storehouses will be arranged.
Return to Port
