Picked up by private guide and driver at Tokyo port, you will be transferred to the first attraction is Asakusa Senso-ji Temple – the most famous and also the oldest temple in the capital of Japan. The temple dedicates to Kannon, the goddess of mercy. Welcomed by the Thunder Gate, the symbol of Asakusa Town, enjoy a walk through Nakamise shopping arcade. The street is lined up by dozens of stalls selling Japanese traditional costumes such as yukata, kimono, and folding fans. Sample some local snacks and dress up to prepare for nice shots.
Nakamise leads to the second gate of Sensoji Temple called the Hozomon. Right beyond the gate is the temple’s main hall and the five-storied Asakusa Shrine. The main hall is always full of crowds where lively festivals took place, especially during summer and autumn. Witness the appearance of iconic red color combining with wooden-made architecture while learning about the religious practices and rituals of locals coming to pray for fortunes and good health.
After that, head to Mori Tower in Roppongi Hills where you can catch the panoramic Tokyo City View from the 52nd-floor observation deck. The view during sunset, sunrise, or at night is amazingly magnificent over skyscrapers and shinning buildings below. Then on the way back to port, drive through Rainbow Bridge. The bridge has originally white color but is lighten with lamps in three different colors every night. The trip ends when your driver drops you at the port.
