Thank you very much for working hard to operate a wonderful trip. I want to give you my feedback on my Naha tour to Okinawa on November 19th. I booked my tour on the website Shore Excursions Asia, Rebecca and Lynn replied my request really fast in a helpful and professional way. They are both lovely even though I just connect with them through phone and email. They helped us a lot to create a suitable itinerary.
Our guide in Okinawa, Yuka, is outstanding! She was by far the most excellent guide we have had. Her knowledge of Okinawa history was wonderful. Before the trip, I had searched about attractions included in our tour, but she delivered everything we did not know before. Her English is also really amazing. Besides, Miki, our guide in Kagoshima, was so great. I love her extra attention to tell us about Japan.
