I have enjoyed two wonderful shore excursions with you, and then I was too busy to give a feedback. However, your enthusiasm and extremely good service make me cannot forget to send you these lovely pictures.
We booked day tours to visit Kushiro and Sapporo. Without any hyperbole effect, everything is outstanding from the way to booking our guide – Ms. Kuniko Fujisawa is so lovely, helpful, and has excellent English. Cannot imagine how we would manage the tour without her.
Especially, the new itinerary is exactly what we want. When we contact via email, we were a little disappointed when sale staffs said that the Clock Tower is still under renovation. However, they offered delicious Japanese ice cream instead – the best thing we need after a few-hours excursion. Besides, hopping on the canoe is one of the most unforgettable experiences in our life.
