FULL ITINERARY
Participating in Hoa Tuc’s cooking class, you will be able to make your own unique Vietnamese dishes. We also cove‌‌r many significant recipes of international cuisin‌e, which are provided by top‌ chefs fro‌m Hoa Tuc’s brother brand‌s. Discovery of Vietnamese cuisine & other cuisines in the world. We will adapt the menu for those who are vegetarian or have food allergies.
This Phu My shore excursion is specially designed for those who would like to experience the Vietnamese culture and the authentic & contemporary taste of Vietnamese food. Join us for a Gourmet Trip, you will experience the Vietnam local market to purchase your ingredients, then enjoy a hands-on cooking class.
Local Market visit (8:00 am- 8:40 am)
Explore the colorful and vibrant Tan Dinh market with our Vietnamese Chef to purchase the necessary ingredients for the cooking lesson. Then, our Chef will bring you back to the class venue.
Hands-on cooking class (9:00 am-12:00 pm)
The kitchenware is ready. Participants cook, enjoy the delicious Vietnamese meal. MSG is prohibited in our recipe. So, don’t worry! The seasonal dessert is our sweet treat to complete the cooking journey. We will also give you all the detailed recipes at the end of the class, it would not only help you to concentrate and enjoy the cooking experience, but you could re-make the food at home.
After lunch in the class, we will have a glimpse look around the city before driving back to the port. We stop at Notre Dame Cathedral, which was established by French colonists between 1863 and 1880 & Central Post Office in Ho Chi Minh City, the city's main church. The building was constructed when Vietnam was part of French Indochina in the early 20th century with Gothic architectural style. It was designed and constructed by the famous architect Gustave Eiffel in harmony with the surrounding area. If time permits, we will have a short free time for shopping at the famous Ben Thanh Market before getting in our car and driving back to Phu My cruise port for departure. Trip ends.
