FULL ITINERARY
Meet your professional English-speaking guide at Shimizu Port and board a comfortable, air-conditioned coach. As the tour begins, your guide will share the cultural and spiritual significance of Mount Fuji, setting the stage for a scenic and meaningful experience.
Your first stop is the lush Nihondaira Plateau. From here, take a short ropeway ride over the treetops to Kuno-zan Toshogu Shrine, the peaceful mountaintop resting place of Tokugawa Ieyasu, founder of the Tokugawa Shogunate. Admire the shrine’s rich Edo-period architecture and enjoy stunning views of Mount Fuji and the Pacific coastline.
Return by ropeway to visit Nihondaira Yume Terrace, a striking modern observation deck designed by renowned architect Kengo Kuma. Situated 307 meters above sea level, the terrace offers expansive views over Suruga Bay, the city of Shizuoka, and the surrounding natural scenery. Interactive exhibits inside provide deeper insight into the region’s geography, history, and cultural identity.

Continue on to Miho-no-Matsubara, a seven-kilometer-long coastal pine grove recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This iconic landscape has inspired Japanese poetry and art for centuries.
