7. What is the cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel, we’ll refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your written request, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
- More than 40 days before departure: 10% of the deposit is non-refundable (credit toward a future trip). The remaining deposit will be refunded (bank fees apply).
- 40-30 days: 35% of the deposit is non-refundable.
- 29-15 days: 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.
- 14-10 days: 75% of the total tour price is non-refundable.
- Less than 10 days or no-show: 100% of the total tour price is non-refundable.
Once the trip has started, no refunds will be issued for unused services due to personal choice, early departure, late arrival, or missed activities.
