Booking with Shore Excursions Asia is easy and secure.
You can reserve your spot by submitting an inquiry form on our website or paying online through OnePay. Once you select your desired tour, travel date, and number of guests, you’ll receive instant booking confirmation. As space is limited, we recommend booking early to secure your preferred excursion.

To provide a more personal and premium experience, each shared tour is limited to a maximum of 14 guests. This small-group setting ensures a relaxed pace and more meaningful interaction with your guide.

While we’re sorry to hear about any cancellation, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please send a written request. Refunds (less applicable fees) will be processed within 14 days.

Cancellation charges are as follows:

• More than 40 days before departure: 10% of the deposit is non-refundable (credited to your next trip); the remaining deposit is refunded (minus bank fees).
• 40 to 30 days before departure: 35% of the deposit is non-refundable.
• 29 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.
• 14 to 10 days before departure: 75% of the total amount is non-refundable.
• Less than 10 days or no-show: 100% of the total amount is non-refundable.

No refunds are available once the tour has started, including early departure, late arrival, or missed activities for personal reasons.

If the Celebrity Millennium is unable to dock or tender operations are canceled, we will refund any paid entrance fees and lunch if applicable. For services already dispatched such as guides and vehicles, we will do our best to negotiate with providers and reduce any cancellation fees. You will be informed of the refund amount as soon as possible.

You’re covered. We track your ship’s real-time movements and will adjust the tour schedule as needed. Our itineraries always include a buffer to ensure you return to the ship safely and on time.

All Celebrity Millennium shared tours typically include:

• Round-trip transportation from the cruise port
• Services of a professional, English-speaking local guide
• Admission fees to all listed attractions
• All taxes, tolls, and fuel costs
• Back-to-Ship Guarantee

Please note: Meals and personal expenses are not included unless specifically mentioned.

Your guide will greet you just outside the cruise terminal, holding a sign with your name or the tour name. We monitor ship arrival times closely and adjust accordingly so you’ll never feel rushed or unsure of where to go.
